William Bill Smith Jr. age 46 of Woodlawn, died Tuesday, June 17, 2008. He was born March 7, 1962 in Rison, a son of William Howard Smith Sr. and Dorothy Reeves Whitaker. Mr. Smith was a self employed contractor. He was preceded in death by one brother, David Lee Smith.
Mr. Smith is survived by one son, Billy Smith of Woodlawn; daughter, Riannion Abbott of Monticello; parents, William Smith Sr. and Dorothy Whitaker of Woodlawn; one brother, Randy Smith of Yellville; one sister, Sharon Harrison of Woodlawn; three grandchildren, Tristian Smith, Andrew Smith and Justice Smith.
Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Buie Chapel with Brother Charles Woolley officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation is 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at Buie Funeral Home. Arrangements by Buie Funeral Home of Rison (870-325-6216).
