Virgil T. Williams, 71, of Higginson, died August 22, 2019 at his residence. He was born September 27, 1947. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Williams. He is survived by a step-son, Harlan Jason Bryant of Palastine, Texas. Sullivan Funeral Care of Kensett is in charge with arrangements.
