Printice Byars (Butch) Young
July 17, 1946 — January 23, 2016
Printice Byars Young “Butch”, 69, of Center Hill, passed away January 23, 2016 at his residence. He was born July 17, 1946 at Center Hill to the late John L. and Rena B. Byars Mitchell.
After graduating Beebe High School, he served in the Army during Vietnam from 1965-1967. He had pursued many endeavors during life, including construction, but lastly taking care of the family farm.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Prentice “Scooter” B. Young Jr. and Thomas Waymond Young; and one brother, John Mitchell.
He is survived by one son, Edward “Bo” Young (Roxie) of Searcy; two sisters, Cynthia Horton of Searcy and Deb Mitchell of Mountain View; and one niece, Jennifer Horton.
The family will have a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Harmony United Methodist Church.
