Ona Pauline Hoover

Ona Pauline Hoover of Northeast Missouri went home to be with the Lord on December 24, 2025, at Chambers Memorial Hospital.

She was born July 28,1937, she was the Daughter of the late Omer E Phillips and Elizabeth Thomas. She was a Caring and Loving Mother that Loved her kids so much. She Raised 9 boys and 1 Girl . She always had a Smile on her Face even when things were Rough. Her Heart and Soul was Pure. Writing Songs was her Passion, she loved to Sing and Yodel, which she was very good at. She Loved to Cook for Her Family, she welcomed Everyone in her Home and would give the shirt off of her back to anyone in need.

She thought the World of her Grandkids and Great Grandkids who she loved.

She is Preceded in Death by her Sons Joe Albert Suitt, Rick Suitt, Bobby Suitt and Johnny Suitt.

She is Survived by her Son Eddie Banner, Son William (Billy) Hoover, Son Loran (Blu) Hoover, Son Benjamin Hoover, Son Floyd (Butch) Suitt, Daughter Jeannie Suitt, Daughter Monica Green, Grandson Zachary Hoover and Granddaughter Madelyn Hoover, she was a big part of helping them grow up. She had Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, Numerous other Family and Friends. 

Visitation will be 10:00 am, December 31, 2025, at North Oak Church of Christ in Mt. Vernon, Arkansas. Service will follow at 11:00 am. 

Pallbearers: Eddie Banner, Billy Hoover, Zachary Hoover, Blu Hoover, Benjamin Hoover and Kevin Cook, Honorary Pallbearer: Frank Eddings and Dylan Hoover.
