Miriam Bittle, a cherished soul, was born on April 21, 1952, in Caracas, Venezuela. She passed away peacefully on July 27, 2025, in Searcy, Arkansas, leaving behind an enduring legacy of love and kindness.

Miriam was known for her incredible warmth and vibrant spirit. Her interests included her involvement with the Elk Lodge, where she found community and connection. She had a profound appreciation for plants and flowers, often filling her surroundings with their beauty. Miriam also enjoyed trips to the casino and sharing joyful moments with her beloved bassett hounds.

She is survived by her dearest love, Calvin Bittley, who stood by her through life's journey. Miriam is also mourned by her siblings: brother Micheal Castro; sister Carmen, and her spouse Joey; and brother Angel Castro, along with his spouse Martha. Among her surviving family are several nieces and nephews, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews, all of whom carry her memory in their hearts.

Miriam is preceded in death by her parents, Carmen Castro and Miguel Castro, and her stepmother, Aurea Castro. She also mourned the loss of her sister, Eneida Backrovsky.
