Miles David Ellis

Miles David Ellis, age 49, of Sheridan went to be with his Lord on September 15, 2024. He was born October 13, 1974 in Pine Bluff to David Miles Ellis and Susie Ellis. He was preceded in death by his father, David Miles Ellis. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing his guitar. 

He is survived by his mother Susie Ellis, his sister Susan Michelle Watson, his brothers James Keith Walters and Thurman Ellis, his life partner Veronica Skaggs, his step daughter Laci Hill, step-son David Hill and his daughter Lyndse Ellis, two nieces, one nephew, three great-nieces and one great-nephew. 

He was a member of Moore’s Chapel Methodist Church. He was a father, a son, brother and a best friend.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at Buie & Cole Funeral Home in Sheridan. 

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at Moore’s Chapel Cemetery in Sheridan.
