Michael Lynn Langford, of Vilonia, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on July 28, 2025, at the age of 70. Michael was born to Robert Lewis & Reba Nell (Mash) Langford on November 10, 1954, at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier, Louisiana. He was a beloved Husband, Father, Papa, Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, & Friend. Michael is survived by his wife, Anita Langford, of 42 years; his children Rick Walker (Amy), Michelle Johnson (Joel), Clint Graham; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; Siblings Mary Jane (Dickey-Shannon) and Kelly (Perk McDowell); many nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lewis & Reba Nell (Mash) Langford; daughter Kami Dawn (Graham) Adams. Michael attended Vilonia High School. He entered the United States Navy on September 21, 1973. He completed his basic training in Orlando, Florida; A school training in Millington, Tennessee and was stationed for duty with the 6th fleet on the USS Independence. He received an honorable discharge on August 8, 1975, with the rank of E-3. Michael enjoyed playing the guitar, hunting, fishing, gardening, watching Gun Smoke, and especially spending time with family & friends.
He never met a stranger, had a quick wit, was a captivating storyteller, knew the value of hard work and was always proud of a job well done. He liked to joke that, “If duct tape don’t fix it nothing will.” Michael will be sorely missed by all who knew him & would like to give a special thanks to Dan & Beth Finch, Chad & Kristen Pruett, & Bill Dickson.
