Melinda Tackett

Melinda Tackett, age 63 of Floyd, AR went to be with the Lord Friday December 23, 2023. She was born in Conway, Arkansas August 1, 1960, to the late Arnold Tackett and Carmen Fowler Tackett. She was also preceded in death, by her son-in-law Michael Notsinger-Moore and a cousin, Joe Davidson. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Jones (Bobby Cummings) of Whitehall, AR; her son Donny Moore (Jimmy Sheffield) of Vilonia, AR; grandson Barry Michael Moore of Vilonia, and cousins, Mary Davidson of Floyd, AR and Ishmo Davidson, of Floyd, AR and Trisha Graham of Greenbriar, AR and Cathy Ellison of Dardanelle, AR and Leah Mason of Floyd, AR.

Melinda was a beloved mother to Donny and Cynthia. She enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and all her many pets. She loved her special little dog, Peanut, they were like two peas in a pod. She was loved by many close friends and family and will be greatly missed.
