Loretta Jewel Blackwell age 76, of Higginson passed away September 10, 2023. She was born on December 30, 1946 in Leachville, Arkansas to the late Hoyt Massey and Ella Weatherford Massey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Blackwell and brothers, Allen, James, and Ray Massey.
She is survived by her son, Freddie Blackwell and daughter Tracey Standridge (William). Grandchildren, Tyler and Justin Chatten, Amethyst, and Autumn Standridge.
Ms. Blackwell loved putting puzzles together and shopping for bargains. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by many.
