Leonard Ray Baker

Leonard Ray Baker, 83, born June 19, 1942, at Eureka, California was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on October 8, 2025, at his home in Hot Springs National Park, AR. 

Mr. Baker was one of the most gentle men I have had the pleasure of knowing. He loved the Lord. He studied his Bible daily. He was a Christian, and angels came to take him home. 

He leaves his son Matthew Baker of Eureka, CA to honor his memory; his second wife and best friend, Paula Jane Kilby, Paula's children and grandchildren loved him as a grandfather, and his brother -in-law, Howard Lee Kilby, who honored his friendship. 

Mr. Baker attended Eureka Community College. He loved the Old West. He wore cowboy boots, a cowboy hat, and western shirts. Mr. Baker had a guitar and sang cowboy songs.
