Leon Griffith

Leon Griffith age 74 of Hensley, died, Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. He was born January 19, 1936 in Almyra, a son of the late Henry T. Griffith and Lennie Opal Golden Davis. Mr. Griffith served in the United States Army, having been stationed in Korea. He was a self employed master plumber and a Baptist.

Mr. Griffith is survived by four children, Sherrie and Tom Carlon of Fayetteville, Toni Griffith and Tammie Griffith, both of Roseberg, Oregon, Deborah Jennings of Hensley; adopted children, Tresa, Shanna and Tia; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Jimmy Herrod of Pine Bluff; nephew, Dwayne and Katye Ayers of Pine Bluff; niece, Theresa and Sam Lee of Carlisle; numerous grandchildren; and a special friend, Hazel Divine of Pine Bluff.
