Joyce Hurlburt

Joyce Aline Eden Hurlburt of Conway, Arkansas passed away April 9, 2025, she was born July 3, 1943, in Rattan, Oklahoma the late Fred J. Eden and Bertha L. Courtwright. 

Joyce was a member of Northside Apostolic Church in Mayflower, Arkansas where she was a devoted believer in the name of Jesus. Her family was the joy of her life, the children she raised and all the beautiful grand and great-grandchildren. She loved family time, and playing games with them. Joyce also enjoyed being a Quilter, making lovely quilts. Her other past times were playing cards and she was one of the best cooks around.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, and her sisters, Laverne, Alice and Helen; and her brothers, Charles, Edward, and Harold.

She is survived by her children, Robert C. Riley and his wife Patty of Conway, Arkansas, Lillie A. Riley and her husband Jerry of Mayflower, Arkansas, Willis L. Riley and his wife Sheila of Rogers, Arkansas and Juanita Diane Flory and her husband Stephen of Plummerville, Arkansas; her siblings, Joe Eden and his wife Donna of Antlers, Oklahoma and Wanda Eden Sharpe of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; ten grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren. 

Joyce will be missed by many friends, church family and by a large family that has been filled with lots of love and memories from this great Christian Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
