John Oliver Tolson, Jr.

John Oliver Tolson, Jr. age 80, of Sheridan passed away on June 22, 2026. He was born December 1, 1945 in Redfield to the late John Oliver Tolson, Sr. and Mary Tolson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Mack, Sandy and Tommy Tolson. Mr. Tolson served his country in the United States Army. He later worked for Fiser’s until his retirement. He enjoyed golf, muscle cars and spending time with his dogs. He was a very generous man and always willing to help others.

He is survived by his brothers Roy Tolson, William Tolson and his wife Jeanette, James Tolson and his sister Mary Ann Irby and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Sean Brasseal, Dalton Grissom, Eddy Grace, William Tolson, Robert Tolson and Andy Jackson.
