Jimmy Dean Elliott

Jimmy Dean "Dinky" Elliott of Searcy passed away on July 14, 2025. He was born June 7, 1960, in Searcy to Charlie Elliott and the late Sylvia Perkins Rouse. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his stepfather Jack Rouse and his grandson Weston Foster. He enjoyed reading books, fishing, watching Sci-Fi movies, telling jokes, driving fast, listening to classic rock, working on cars, and spending time with his family. 

He is survived by his siblings, Alvin Rouse, Mary Nichols, Judy Thomas, his children, Casey Elliott (Justina), Brandon Elliott and Jackie Foster (Brittany), his life partner Carolyn Sherrill, his stepdaughter Tara Dye, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
