Jeff David Burt Sr

Jeff David Burt Sr. Junk Jack age 78 of Kingsland, died, Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the Wagon Place Nursing Home in Warren. He was born April 12, 1932 in Winona, Mississippi, a son of the late Edward E. Burt Sr., and Mary Dovie Phillips Burt. Mr. Burt retired for the glass industry where he was a glazier; and was of the Baptist faith. He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Kenneth Rogers; brothers, Jim W. Burt, Edward E. Burt Jr. , Billy Ralph Hardwick; sisters, Lillie Mae Burt, Sylvia Mae Jones and Ellouise Lybrand.

Mr. Burt is survived by two sons, Kenneth Wittig of Maple Falls, Washington, Jeff D. Burt Jr of Deming, Washington; four daughters, Linda Fletcher of Kingsland, Carmelita Rusti Linch of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Debbie Wittig of California, Jackie Gray of Ennis, Texas; one brother, Charles Thomas Hardwick of Everson, Washington; ten grandchildren, Shannon Rogers, Remington Fletcher, Jacinda Fletcher, Barion Rogers, Yvette Swanson, Vaughn Swanson, Cody Gray, D. J. Linch, Andrew Linch and Allison Linch.

Memorial services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Buie Funeral Home Chapel in Rison with Reverend Mark Rivers officiating. Arrangements by Buie Funeral Home of Rison (870)325-6216.
