James Cage Gilmore, 21, of Jacksonville, Arkansas gained his wings on April 3, 2023. He was born on August 1, 2001, to Jennifer Aaron English and Mike Gilmore in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Joyce Reynolds, grandfather, Lamar Reynolds, both of Dubach, Louisiana. Grandfather, James Gilmore of Ruston, Louisiana and Grandfather, James Baker of Wilson, North Carolina.
He is survived by his daughters, Kinsley and Oaklynn Gilmore, and their mother Arianna Wells. His mother and stepfather, Jennifer (Roger) English, his father, James Gilmore. His sister, Jordan (Michael) Dames, Brother, Michael Gilmore, Sister, Rebecca (Steve) English Jimenez. Brother, John (Kimberly) English, Brother, Scott (Elizabeth) English, Sister Jacki (Dustin) English Krebs. Grandparents, Linda Baker, Lynn Aaron, Step Grandmother, Connie Aaron, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Cage was a loving, caring, giving young man. He was always ready with a smile and his contagious laugh. If you ever heard it, I know you can remember it. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, uncle, and friend but most importantly, he was a loving father to his two girls. He will be deeply loved, missed, and forever remembered.
Services will be Friday, April 7, 2023, at Sullivan Funeral Care in Kensett, Arkansas. Family visitation will be 10:00-11:00 am. Friends and family visitation will be 11:00am-2:00pm. There will be a service at 2:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Care Chapel with interment to follow at Centerhill Cemetery.
