James "Tommy" Thomas Dobbins, Jr.

James "Tommy" Thomas Dobbins, Jr., age 64, of Bryant passed away on May 24, 2023. He was born November 22, 1958 in Pine Bluff. Mr. Dobbins was preceded in death by his father James Thomas Dobbins, Sr. and his sister Lea Ann Dobbins Tedder. Tommy enjoyed going to the races with his friends.

Tommy is survived by his mother Joyce Lorene Dodds Dobbins, his siblings, Elaine Easterling and her husband Mike, Paula Holland, Arnold Lowery and his wife Melody, Brenda Beacleay, and numerous nieces and nephews, special friends, Freda and Chris Johnson and Bubba.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
