Helen White

Helen Louise White, age 81 of Rison, died, Thursday, January 3, 2013. She was born October 20, 1931 in Rison, a daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Wallace and Alice Sandine Wallace. Mrs. White retired from the Rison Garment Factory where she was a supervisor, and a member of Rison Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. Mrs. White was also preceded in death by a great grandson, Tyler Kilpatrick. Mrs. White is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Wendy Bowlin of Spring, Texas; one brother, John Wallace of Little Rock; two sisters, Mariam Harvill of Rison, and Esther Hudson of Monticello; four grandchildren, Jennifer Crawford of Spring, Texas, Michelle Kilpatrick of Woodlands, Texas, Tiffany Puckett of Rison, and Billy Bowlin of Spring, Texas; and nine great grandchildren. Graveside services are 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Varnell Cemetery with Brother Wade Totty officiating. Visitation is 6:00 to 8:00 p.m, Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Buie Funeral Home.
