Gladys White Hearnsberber Adair

Gladys White Hearnsberger Adair, 91, of Pine Bluff, beloved mother and grandmother, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 20, 2008. She was born September 16, 1916, a daughter of the late James D. and Ida Belle Sanders White. Mrs. Adair was a member of Dollarway Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Connie White Robbins and Ruby White Gray; three brothers, Daniel White, Jack White and Edward White.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Rommie L. and Roberta Brewer of Sheridan; two grandsons, Steve Brewer and wife Kelly of Redding, California, David Brewer and wife Jan of Hot Springs; two great-grandsons, Max and Seth Brewer of Redding, California; sister, Betty Smith of Coos Bay, Oregon; brother, Frank White of Oregon.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at Buie Funeral Chapel in Sheridan with Reverend Hurb Morgan officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery near Rison. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2008 at Buie Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
