Donna Marie Johnston

Donna Johnston, a resident of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on March 12, 2025, at Chapter's Assisted Living. Born on October 14, 1939 in Hayden, Colorado, Donna was raised by her parents, Don and Louise Hockett. She nurtured a profound faith, a compassionate spirit, and an unwavering devotion to her family. Donna was married to Russell Johnston until his passing on November 11, 1999. Together they constructed a life characterized by love, faith, and unwavering commitment to their family.

Donna is survived by her sister Jeannie Morton of Millington, TN; her three children: Stephen Johnston, Kimberly Zompakos, and Amber Johnston. She was a cherished and respected grandmother to Michael Johnston, Stephanie Paschall, Courtney Johnston, Charlie Paschall, Ashley Dorame, Savannah Rios, and Melissa Rios. She was further blessed with five great-grandchildren: Kenneth Reed, Ramon Dorame IV, Saralynn Dorame, Malakai Martinez, and Elijah Smith.

A devout Christian woman, Donna embodied grace, kindness, and an unwavering faith. Her wisdom, warmth, and love profoundly impacted those around her. Her absence will be deeply felt, yet her memory will forever reside in the hearts of those who held her dear.

A graveside ceremony will be held at Wilson Cemetery on Monday March 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rison Church of Christ. Donna's love and faith continues to inspire her family. We find solace in the knowledge that she is now in the presence of the Lord.
