Dewayne Pierce

DeWayne Pierce age 73 of Malvern, died Saturday, August 7, 2010 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Hot Springs. He was born February 8, 1937 in Poyen a son of the late Luther P. Pierce and Alice Gray Pierce. Mr. Pierce was a retired carpenter and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry and Richard Pierce and a sister, Mary Pierce.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret A. Pierce of Malvern, whom he married on June 15, 1995; three sons, Kenneth W. Pierce of Malvern, John W. Pierce of Texas and Charles R. Pierce and wife Teresa of Malvern; step son, James Evans and wife, Barbara of Walker Creek; daughter, Cindy M. Hughes of Panama City, Florida; step daughter, Barbara Taylor of Malvern; two brothers, Lanny Pierce of Cabot, and William C. Pierce of North Dakota; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan. (870 9423231).
