Cesar Soto

Cesar Soto, age 24, of Kensett passed from this life on July 4, 2026. He was born February 24, 2002, in Templeton, California to Gilberto and Minerva (Mendoza) Soto. Cesar enjoyed fishing, collecting and playing video games. He was always happiest spending time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Gilberto and Minerva Soto of San Miguel, California; brother, Leonardo Soto of San Miguel, California; paternal grandparents, Maximino and Maria Soto of Kensett; and maternal grandparents, Tomas and Maria Mendoza of Paso Robles, California. Other survivors include a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00p.m., Friday, July 10, 2026, at Cole Funeral Home Chapel, 111 Wilbur D. Mills Ave. Kensett, Arkansas 72082. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 1:00p.m.
