Calvin Lee Rawls

Calvin Lee Rawls, age 94, of Rison, died Friday, August 19, 2022. He was born September 14, 1927, in Rison, a son of the late John and Mable Gracie Rawls. Mr. Rawls retired from the Arkansas Highway Department as an equipment specialist in district #2. He loved to work on tractors. Mr. Rawls was preceded in death by is wife, Patsy Miller Rawls; daughter, Sandra Clement; Rickey Rawls; grandchildren, Scott Rawls and Holly Rawls; siblings, J. C. Rawls, Dewey Rawls and Lois Wachner. Mr. Rawls was a lifelong member of Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

Mr. Rawls is survived by his children, Randy and Linda Rawls, Lisa and Dink Lybrand, all of Rison: daughter-in-law, Marsha Rawls of Conway; Brothers, Joe Rawls of Rison, Don Rawls of Arizona; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 22, 2022, at Greenwood Cemetery with graveside services at 11: 00 a.m. Services will be conducted by Mr. Roy Phillips.
