Abner L. Howard

Abner L. Howard went to be with his Lord on October 5, 2018 at the age of 90. He was born December 26, 1927 to the late Clarence and Netha Howard. He was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Dorothy, his daughter, Karen Smith and son-in-law Donnie Smith, four brothers and one sister.

He is survived by one brother Bill Howard of John Day, OR, three daughters, Angela  Ware (Jimmy) , Gayle Potts (Ricky) of East End, Patti Rogers (Dennis) of Sheridan and his son, Stan Howard (Marla) of Ico, 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Hospice Home Care with a special thanks to Sheila for the excellent care they gave to our Dad.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2018 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Salem Cemetery in East End.
